Veri Network ("Veri", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to handling personal information responsibly.

This Privacy Information covers the getveri.co marketing website. The Veri vault itself, where your identity credentials and proofs live, runs as a separate application at veribeta.io and stores your credentials on your own device, not on our servers.

This website is operated from Ontario and subject to applicable Canadian privacy laws.

What we collect

getveri.co processes what you voluntarily submit through our contact form (your name, email address, and message) or through the optional Ask Veri assistant (your question and recent conversation).

We do not collect:

• Phone numbers
• Payment information
• Government ID documents
• Wallet balances
• Sensitive identity information
• Personal information beyond what you voluntarily submit

Ask Veri assistant

Ask Veri answers questions using our approved public reference document and website content. Your question, recent conversation, and relevant public source passages are sent to an AI service through Replit AI Integrations for OpenAI processing. Do not submit passwords, seed phrases, private keys, identity documents, or other sensitive information.

The assistant has no access to your Veri vault, credentials, wallet, or transactions. We do not save chat transcripts in our application database or intentionally log their content. The current conversation is held in this page's memory until you clear it or reload the page; closing the panel does not clear it.

Our AI and hosting providers process requests under their own service and privacy terms; this policy does not promise that providers retain no data. AI answers can be incorrect: inspect the cited sources and contact us when you need confirmation.

For abuse prevention, a short-lived, first-party session cookie and temporary, non-reversible network identifiers are used to limit messages. They are not used for advertising, and the temporary limits expire within an hour or on server restart.

How we use it

Information submitted through the contact form is used only to:

• Respond to your inquiry
• Follow up on the request or feedback you sent us

Assistant questions are processed only to answer your question and protect the service against abuse. We do not use your information for unrelated promotions or third-party marketing.

Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent, trade, or disclose your personal information to third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

We may use trusted service providers, such as AWS SES, to deliver contact-form notifications on our behalf. These providers may process your information only for that purpose and under appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations.

When you choose to use Ask Veri, Replit and the AI provider also process the assistant requests described above to provide answers.

Data retention

We retain contact-form submissions only for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and keep a reasonable record of the correspondence.

You may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting team@getveri.co. We aim to process deletion requests within 7 days.

Cookies & tracking

The Veri website does not use advertising trackers, fingerprinting scripts, or analytics cookies.

We may use limited browser storage, such as session or local storage, strictly for basic website functionality, security, or user interface preferences. No sensitive personal information is stored there.

Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect submitted information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.

However, no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Privacy by design

Privacy is a core principle of Veri Network. The vault uses zero-knowledge proof systems so you can verify facts about yourself without unnecessarily revealing the underlying document or data.

If new features on this website change what data we collect or how we use it, this Privacy Information will be updated to clearly explain what applies.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law, by contacting us directly.
